1. How to make PINless calls?

1. Login to your online management interface,

2. Click “Authorized caller IDs”,

3. Enter phone number and save, enter country code + phone number and
    save again. Example: Your China phone number is 13588888888, ente
   13588888888 and save, enter 86 + 13588888888 and save again.

2.  How to dial destination number?

1. 011 + country code + phone number Example:
    Calling to Cuba, simply dial 011 + 53 + phone number.

 2. To call to USA, directly dial: area code + phone number.

3. What are the billing increments?

All calls are billed in full minute increments with 1 minute rounding.

4. How do I add credit to my account?

You may log in to your account , then click on the "Recharge" button.

5. Am I able to view my call history online?
